Récapitulatif du troisième match Stars vs Kraken

Eh bien, c’était assez unilatéral. Dallas ferait mieux de se ressaisir. 1. So if the Kracken can win their series and Vegas somehow figures out how to beat Edmonton…it would be interesting to see the two expansion teams duke it out.

  2. Ugly night, but Seattle played excellent. I'd love to see Seattle vs Florida, I would watch every minute! I'd prefer to see Dallas against whoever. Teams are in the playoffs for a reason, never sleep on anyone!

  3. Can we get ESPN in arms enough to give it entirely back to TNT? Enjoying their coverage so much more.

  4. Kraken fans should be excited. This team is scary good.

The Stars held off (that's really all the positive things you could say about the Stars in this one) the Kraken in the first period, but once Miro got hurt, it looked like all of the Stars players completely lost their drive. I think it's important to note just how instrumental Miro is to the Stars, from ice time, to defensive presence, to offensive puck handling and helping the stars enter the opponents zone. The other 5 d men had to figure out playing without him, absorbing his ice team and responsibilities and fell flat on their faces.

Oetter looked very shaken after Miro's injury and couldn't recover mentally. Let's hope that he can get control back before game 4, or it's going to be a short series.

Lastly, if Dallas does fall to Seattle, I think a Seattle/Florida Finals would be some of the most exciting hockey we could hope for, but it'd also probably be under-represented from a media standpoint and that would be a shame.

  5. I'm an avs fan and I love watching the kraken play there one unit that does huge damage across 3 periods of hockey… good luck taming them

  6. As a flyers fan I sympathize with your teams not performing well in the playoffs. Historically Flyers are usually perennial playoffs teams but generally don’t win in the playoffs. The last five years excluded but at least now my flyers are being honest about the much needed rebuild.

  7. FLORIDA v SEATTLE for the STANLEY "CHAOS" CUP.
That is my bracket pick if the Leafs don't make it, haha. Burn it all down!

  8. Pretty damn impressive Seattle. Seattle's been without arguably their top two players, McCann for all but the first 3 against the Avs, and Burakovsky since game 49 of the regular season. Thanks primarily to their depth, and Grubauer providing good goaltending, they just keep on rolling.

  9. "against a golie who…. nope" – THG cannot hide his frustration on this one. LMAO. Still a good review tho.

  10. Do you think Seattle figured out ott? It really felt that they had his number in game 1, game 2 we played better d, game 3 they got shots, took them and put them where they knew he wouldn't get them. That 5 hole felt like the forward had all the control, he was in otts head. You see ott flinch high a little then it's five hole. I guess game 4 is gonna be the showcase, if they have otts number we're done. He's a great YOUNG goalie so I can't blame him for having some weaknesses and I guess I'll thank seattle for making him better

  11. In all seriousness: what a strong case for Heiskinen as Dallas's most valuable player. Total collapse

  12. stars just had no effort kraken out played us in every way just like game 1 hits aren’t there not as physical same old stars story

  13. “Well, they’re playing like a beer league.” I don’t know why, but that comment in particular got me.

  14. The depth of Seattle was too much for the Avs and it's proving to be too much for the Stars, too.

  15. Seattle has mostly been lights out this season if they can get their transition game going – we saw this kind of scoring a few times during the season, and I don't think it's purely a goalie issue. They love the fast transition game.

The difference is that they played effective defense for this game, which has eluded them in the past.

Dallas will need to frustrate that game; Seattle is much less effective in a set offense, which is why they struggle so much scoring powerplay goals.

  16. I was in the crowd last night 😸😸😸😸😸😸😸 I’m now taking your comments about the crowd being into it as a PERSONAL COMPILEMENT Thank u thank u

  17. Thank you for the fair and honest breakdown. Keep up the great work!
