  1. 97% chance for a heart break. So why think about it at all. It’s just a forgone conclusion that the pick is 11th or worse. Not worth even thinking about.

  2. Lol, the last time the Canucks had a "was ment to be" moment was the finals against boston lol and we all know how that turned out

Fingers crossed, but because the canucks did the ol reverse tank at the end of the season

I legit dont even think this is worth watching as a canucks fan

I am hoping of f the "red" teams gets him. Wings, canadians, or hawks

  3. the mental gymnastic every NHL fans go through to justify the insane low percentage odds to get Bedard.

  4. Surely this time it will be different guys!!!! For sure we will win lottery and draft 1OA in franchise history and take hometown boy Connor!!! Surely I'm not on truck worth of amount of COPIUM!!!

  5. Vancouver did the best they can do, no one wants to pay tickets to watch their team tank purposely

  6. I already did the math. Hes going to chicago, for the hockey culture, its in the usa, the franchise need a new identity. its obviously rigged. let me be right again like always

  7. I am cool as a cucumber. We are not going to get the 1st overall pick with our 3%, but we are still getting Bedard. What will happen is we will trade our seven 1st round picks, 2023-2029, to whoever that get 1st overall this year tonight.

There is no way we won't get Bedard in a Canucks uniform. Our cap space next year is already in the negative, before we even signed anyone new. Only way to improve this team next year is to get a superstar with super low cap space, and Bedard will be it. Aquaman know we cannot afford to not get Bedard. We have like 30-40% (or more) of the fan base calling Aquaman to sell the team, so even he knows he must please the fans quickly. With Bedard, even if the team still miss the playoffs for a few years, at least the fans have some hope about our long term future, and it will be exciting to watch this kid play. We just got to pay the high price, because ownership refused to tank, just to sell more season tickets next year.

And TBH, I much rather get Bedard than trading away our 1st round picks each trade deadline for Patrick Kane #1, Patrick Kane #2, etc. We all know that's what ownership will do with our draft picks in each trade deadlines, just to sneak into the playoffs for a 1st round exit. So we might as well just get Bedard, at least he will stay around and help us for the next 20 years.

Or…….watch us trade away our two 1st round picks 2023 and 2024 and OEL, for nothing, just for a salary dump. Yup, typical Canucks.

  8. We no next year too another Vancouver guy but yeah let's face the facts ownership won't let them tank and the 2nd half of the year switch the coach start winning again but everyone knows that.
As fans, we currently hate it.

Players that are top of draft class watching growing up with this team they are like they still need to rebuild wtf does it matter about winning out of a playoff spot by a huge margin it's embarrassing.

I remember we was 5th last then won some games move to 8th then another 3 spots up to 11th.
    I was like ffs 😑 I wasn't happy."

  9. lego ur also forgetting about mctavish for the ducks who was lights out with bedard in the juniors

  10. Not gonna happen, but hey at least you’ll barely miss the playoffs next year 👍

  11. It’ll definitely go to a team that has recent cups, like Chicago or Washington. That’s the Canucks luck.

  12. So painful being a Canucks fan. No team purposely tanks but the management team should have done what they could do to get the best draft odds. They shouldn’t have hired Tocchet mid season and they should have traded players for draft picks. But why would we do that, we’re the Canucks after all.

  13. Try not to stress over these little things that don't really matter. I once met a guy at a meditation retreat who was there SOLEY because he was stressed by the Canucks. No stress. More situps.

  14. ill donate $100 to u if Van wins 1st OA, $50 if 2nd OA. no joke u can hold me to this. see u in the livestream

  15. Im a sharks fan and i just dont want to drop 2 spots and end up in a 15 year rebuild

  16. Yaaa….. fingers crossed. Obviously Sens fans would love Bedard but since that ain't happening, 'nucks all the way. Good luck, lads

  17. The Canucks certainly didn't have to let five teams sink below them in the last month.
They should be picking 5-6 if they didn't have to go on a late season winning streak.

  18. Make that heart break times a million his going to the one team that Canucks fans probably hate more then Calgary or Edmonton.
