Yes.. but if he's so good why has had had an absolute brutal year and why will the next team make him look average. Leafs always make Goalies look good. they have no problem pouring it on when its 7-2 in the regular season.. but can't score when it matters most.. This is more Leafs than Bobrovski
We really can never catch a break. It's hard being a Leafs fan. Its still no excuse for the start of that second period though and if it wasnt for that it wouldve been a Leafs win.

both came back from a 3-1 series deficit
both had goalies who went into almost god mode in the playtoffs

I am not convinced. Bob has played well as of late, but not Columbus type amazing. If that were the case it would without question be over in 4. I as an FLA fan won’t to see at least one monster win in Florida thanks to Bob before agreeing that he is close to the Bob 5 years ago. I am pretty sure there will be a game 5 in Toronto with Florida up 3-1. Perhaps Bob can help the panthers end this in 5.
I know what torontos tactic will be next game. Get shots on net. Again and again and again. Hoping for an easy one to slip by. Bob will have to be very sharp as he faces 45 shots pre OT in game 3.

First, Florida played like Garbage in Game 2. Garbage. STH and I've seen EVERY game this season. Everyone, and they sucked. Even the game we lost to OTT in March was better than that garbage game.. Bob has had moments of absolute brilliance this season. Surprisingly, so has Spencer and then little Alex came along. Nice 3rd option. But Bob started to find his footing and glove in Late January/Feb and we did well. He has had a few clunker games, but no goalie is infallible. When we got to game 4 against Boston, I knew we were trending right, he made some incredible saves. They won that game, but I knew the next one would be there to steal. Late in the 3rd Marchand has a breakaway and almost no time. If he hits it, the series is over. Boston goes on in 5. Imagine that. Bob stuffs it. History after that we all know. He didn't have a great game 6, but it was enough to win it 7-5. Seems like when he's a little shaky, we score often enough to win and bail him out. When we need it, he shuts out the other team. TML started 2G against 6SOG. From there on out, it was 0G and 28SOG and some of the saves were amazing. He's primed to run this team to the Cup and EVERY team needs that this time of year. Without it, you don't advance. Would you rather have Samsonov or Bob? I know we can abuse Samsonov and so does he. Carter is already in his head. If carter flips to a right handed shot in Per2, we win 4-2 not 3-2 that net was wide open there. Maybe got a little excited on that one but still, Florida can beat Samsonov…can Toronto Beat Bobrovsky? Answer so far? No.
