How would he/anyone explain the really odd plays that pop up every game- Nurse skating to outside BlueLine when VK skating to goal? Bouch happy to coast behind the opposition vs get in their way? Kane consciously decide to take a 2min penalty for no reason? etc etc etc Seems impossible to win with this behaviour popping up at any time.
Almost psychotic; or players just not coached/told that they need to track/distract the VK in front of the net etc?

Something needs to be done about the D pairings. Ceci is not a top pairing D and the Nurse/Ceci pairing is a disaster. Please split up McD and Drai. Bjugstad needs to be on the 3rd or 4th line. He is too slow for line 2.

I hope you told Nurse that defensemen are supposed to cover their own net. One of the goals he was hanging out at the Oiler's blueline, attacking a Vegas defenseman (which is a forward's job)

Good to be rough but tired of the dumb fighting penalties. Kane seems like he pumped up the Knights more than Oilers on Monday with his fighting, esp at buzzer of 1st period.
