   Play em all!!

   If it is OK to pull the goalie for an extra skater then, under the law of equivalent exchange, we can pull a skater for an extra goalie.

   What would be the optimal mix, assuming everyone were healthy? 4 goalies and 2 skaters? Or go 5 goalies in a trap formation?

   Which of our goalies have the best face-off records? Does the rulebook expressly forbid taking face-offs with a goaltender’s stick?
