Hawks fan here coming in peace. I can tell you personally that I would have been absolutely fine with getting fantilli. Reminds me a lot of jack hughes the way he plays. Fantilli is gonna be a franchise superstar guys. I know Bedard is… Bedard, but fantilli would go number 1 in just about any other draft. He’s gonna be an absolute rockstar for the ducks

Bedard is same size as Paul Kariya. We have always have said imagine Paul in todays nhl. The kid is scrawny compared to your average NHL player but not much chatter that will hold him back.

Bedard is no doubt the better prospect but there is a bigger chance than people think that he isn’t the McDavid Crosby level. He is incredibly talented but also undersized

Fantilli is clearly large, although Bedard does look like a child (but then again so do most of the leagues superstars these days). I get were being facetious ITT but on a serious note, this team having some size again is a good thing IMO.
