His refusal to play the kids left the cubbard bare when injuries hit

I would suggest they hire Andrew Burnett
He's a home boy and look what he's done
With New Jersey a very young team
My biggest problem with Deano is that he is so hard headed. The way he treated the vets and the younger guys this season is so old school hockey. He didn't trust or play Boldy the first playoff series when he signed a couple years ago. Then how he has handle Addison, Rossi and even Shaw this year. You put Rossi on a 4th line and play him 9 mins a game then scratch him. While Hartman was on the top and struggling for 2/3 of the season. You sit Addison to play F'in Goligoski and Defencless Klingberg but Addison has to learn a lesson. Deano comes off so tough but doesn't have the balls to sit Foligno when Sundqvist was clearly the better player……..Plus has he ever won coaching at any level????
From a hardcore Avs Fan, Deano is one of the most respected Coaches in the NHL and Billy G would be foolish to axe him.
