Saying FU to a coach who has reasonable expectations and a gameplan that works is a problem, but saying FU to one who is stubbornly trotting out a flawed system game after game with lackluster results and no desire to change, could definitely be viewed as a leadership quality. I would've liked to hear what Rhett thinks is the sign of a good captain.
