I am once again asking you for eyes on my latest writing.

Initially, I sought to examine some wing/center targets for CBJ this offseason but was continually drawn to an internal problem/solution.

Do you think Rosie gets traded this offseason?

I think Jack is getting sent out at the draft. This line here stuck out as the nail in the coffin –

« …he shows out as a dynamic transition force who has a tendency for mistakes and creates more entries and exits than he does danger with them »

We can and most likely have players who can overall fit that spot better, notably moreso with Smith/Carlsson. I think he’s had a chance to show he could play as a 2C and it didn’t work. I’m expecting a 30-50 range pick for him imho

Trade to Colorado with retention. They need depth and have no money. Get a decent pick. Or try to make a move on Girard by adding something with Roslovic. I don’t think they’ll trade Girard, but I like the idea.

Trade to Blackhawks with no retention. The Blackhawks want to take contracts they can offload at the deadline for assets. Domi, Johnson, McCabe this past year. They will take Roslovic in hopes that he produces in their top 6 for a year while they continue to be ass and try to flip him at the deadline. Take a low pick and just get him off the books. Davidson knows the team will be ass for a bit, even with Bedard. He’ll try to put some decent pieces around him while still being a bottom 5 team and making moves that will net the Blackhawks assets down the line.

Get rid of him. I don’t really care if we even get a return for him, I think he’s a soft and entitled player who is bad for both the room and the roster. I don’t care about his point production either, because he can only produce when we’re well out of the playoffs and when he chooses to try (not often).
