    So, Hague clearly stuck his elbow out when he saw Nurse coming. That could have been a lot worse for Nurse…. who has been suspended for instigating, which is correct. But Hague should also get a game for intent to injure. Now let's see how Pietrangelo doesn't get suspended for a two hander chop at Draisatl… It's the NHL. A joke.

    Tough suspension.. but you just can't cruise in like that 40 ft from the blueline in the last 30 seconds of a game to drop em.

    Didn't know it's a one game suspension for instigating in the Playoffs when tensions were already high. Gonna miss Nurse in game 5, but he will be back for game 6 this weekend in Edmonton.

    All the comments loving this display, and rightly so. All the while, this garbage league continues to try to quietly do away with these types of events altogether.

    An automatic suspension for "instigating" a fight in the final 5 minutes of a game, has to be one of the absolute dumbest rules in sports, let alone, this league.

    I dunno, in the replay, Hague's gloves were already coming off, before Nurse even touched the guy. Like every other rule in its book, the NHL arbitrarily passes judgment, however best suits it.

    Personally, I think the NHL is racist, and Nurse only got suspended, because he's not white. /s
