Second game of the series and woooooooo the Oilers were coming to play. Leon was a machine. Connor one upped him by getting a secondary assist (and instead of getting a 5 on 5 goal he got a shortie). Bouch was great too as were Nuge (2 assists), Hyman (3 assists) and Yamo being the only Oiler with exactly 1 point on the night (everyone else had 2 or 3 because, I mean, it's the Oilers). Brossoit got shelled during the 1st period and didn't get a lot of extra help in the 2nd. The third the Oilers were more quiet and VGK louder but they got one deserved goal on Stu who was great all night. Stu didn't get as much help as I'd like to see yet he pulled off a .968 save %age. This one was physical with Kane having 24 minutes of penalties, Bjugstad having 12, Kostin with 5. The boys were wrecking them on special teams with 3 PP and 1 Shortie. I mean for a bit there you had to think Vegas must have thought Leon thought he was playing Nashville or something because he OWNED them. Forwards got shorter shifts but Nurse played over 24 nearly 25 minutes (all other defenders below 20). Nice to see the second and third PP lines get some chances too. All in all a great game, Oilers, effectively, have home ice advantage now (if it's an advantage). Monday here we come. Take care all.

  3. NO ONE can compare the Talents now of OILERS Team…Like Captain Connor and ALL the boys…With LEON D he did it last Year on One Leg. And but this Year he has TWO Legs…So, that's common sense guys, that LEON D is ONE of the BEST NHL Player so far. Oilers in 5…GO OILER GO 💪💪💪💥🏒
