Honestly there were minutes that the Devils couldn't clear the puck as both goalies got peppered. So defensively they were pretty bad. I blame 75% defense/ 25% goalie and 100% lack of experience!!!
Might have been a tough playoffs for him, but man did he will this team to wins at times during the regular season. A huge part of why this team had as great of a season as they did!

This dude is a career backup at best. We need to look to put schmid as our #2 and get a new #1
Sorry Vitek, but you cant be no. 1 goalie. Never. Not in team with high expectations.
We're fine with Schmid and Vanecek as our goalie tandem for next year.
We love you Vitek 🖤 but he needs to be gone or be used as a 3rd string goalie we need a playoff experience proven Goalie and Schmid as #2
