Imagine if we won the cup in 2012, this would not have gone into the vote. We’d be the cities second championship, solidified history in the valley and would have immediately gotten ownership with deep pockets to get us into the east valley. I’m a big fan of merulo and his willingness to spend money for this team, but still. The diamondbacks are likely going to easily get a new stadium just because of the 01 World Series (love the dbacks too)

Man, I’ve always rooted for but I wasn’t really a fan of the Coyotes until 2016. The only playoff hockey I have watched was the series against the Avs. I would kill to go to a game during a whiteout, it looks crazy.
