With Snoop Dogg I feel the league has filled its quota of Starf***ering tbh. Not to hate on Ryan he seems like a nice dude but whatever miniscule attention NHL figures get (compared Soccer and the other US Sports) should go more towards the athletes.
There’s also no evidence that they would significantly add to the HRR pie rather than make everyone’s slice smaller. That’s the unspoken reason why they’ll never get a team, same for the second Toronto team. The NHL feels it already has that money. They may be right.
I don’t think it’s going to happen but if it does they should definitely stay the Coyotes after seeing this hideous sweater
