Didn't they just trade for Carter Hutton? For this reason?
The team defence is so bad. People keep saying it’s the goalies but the last 3 games a lot of the goals could have been stopped if the defence played harder in front of our net
Nothing new here. They might want to trade for some smoke and mirrors for the playoffs.
Regardless of the defensive struggles, is so frustrating to watch the leafs offence generate grade A chances that solid goaltending stops and then every fucking point shot goes in our net
Second season is well underway, the Leafs are showing their holes, Campbell to me is possibly burned out, he's very emotional goalie, a good one, but he is Freddy Anderson, and we see in Carolina have a good D around Freddy well you see the results, the Leafs D has always been some sort of issue with Muzz out, they need a General at the back, goalies well , right now both goalies a beach ball looks tough to save, Leafs can go for a rental but they are still in Cap hell, and honestly they are not a balanced squad, top heavy in the top 6 their bottom 6 is average, , their D needs to improve or this will be another first round playoff exit,

The empty netter not withstanding there were 5 shots on Campbell and 2 were goals….16 on Demko and he shut the door you need your goalie to win some games for you…the difference between a AHL goalie and a NHL goalie…Better start booking T times.

Campbell went to the all star game for a reason. Toss the coach and gm and you’ll likely see shuffle of d and less goals
Soft play by D leaving the front of the net screened. The Forwards have to play a better game in their own end. The top line is playing one way hockey. That won't work in the playoffs.
It’s more dangerous to stand in front of the net in our local beer league, I swear. But, I’m not frustrated !

Please Keefe, let the boys clear the crease. I get it, your trying to be the "were the face of the league so we can't use physicality to our advantage guy" but for the love of God, it's a failed project especially on defense. Like man poor Campbell constantly getting screened by his own defensemen because they're always chasing opposing players around there because they can't crosscheck and push them out. Teams have waaaaaay too much fun in front of your net. Please Please please please please fix that.

Keefe isn’t the right head coach for this soft pretty boys Leafs team which will go down quietly in Round 1 of the playoffs.
The March melt down has begun? Toronto hates playing hockey in March, April, May and June. I blame these losses on Kyle and Brendan. They have to eff with the team every year instead of waiting until the summer.
