Pretty sure he was kidding. Regardless this list is less of a « who the Sabres should take at 13 » and more of just a draft prospect top 10 rankings list. There’s a very high likelihood that none of these players are available. MAYBE, Moore and Simashev, but I doubt it. Pretty sure NHL teams will be a lot higher on Simashev than writers are, with his strong defensive game, size, and skill level.
I like that player, I think his name is Best Player-Available. Forget which team he played for last year.
