  1. Not a huge fan of these teams per say but this Series should be fun! Too really talented squads

  2. My difference makers are Oettinger for reason you stated and for Vegas gotta be Theodore he's their best D after AP and he's been quiet all playoffs, he needs to wake up for them

  3. My local psychic, who knows nothing of hockey, looked into the stars and picked …the Stars in 7. I think she's biased.

  4. Well done charging through your scripts covering the players side of this series lads, but what about the coaching? How about some in-depth reporting on Vegas coach Bruce Cassidy, who left Boston a year ago then that team turns around and blows out the league this season. Or what about former Vegas coach Peter DeBoar, now running things in Dallas, do you think he remembers all his former players habits and can design strategies to keep them ineffective? Looking forward to seeing another session on coaching before Game #1.

  5. Dallas was ranked #1 at keeping shots to the outside and not letting teams get to the middle of the ice. I think #1 or 2 in the playoffs. These are very evenly matched teams. Otter is 100% the difference maker in this series. If he plays well, Dallas in 7. If he doesn't play lights out, Vegas in 6. I could care less if Robo doesn't score as long as he keeps putting up assists. Dude has 12 points. He'd be 2nd on Vegas. Defense is a wash and Dallas has a slight edge in offense. Should be a great series. Go Stars!

  6. I was listening to a podcast yesterday where dallas eakins was a guest, he said that the knights have the most complete team in the west, and frank Seravalli also picked vegas to take the west. Everyone said whoever wins edmonton series will go to the finals, and vegas beat them pretty convincing way. Dallas doesn't even look that great. They almost choke VS mediocre kraken, and they barely beat them by one goal and oettinger got pulled twice in that series. I'm going with vegas. Vgk in 5

  7. Vegas seems to know how to close out a series, so I say Vegas in 6. The only concern is if Adin Hill is ready to face the Dallas offense. This is shaping up to be a heavyweight bout, better than the Florida/Carolina series.

  8. Dallas powerplay if fantastic, just hasn't been as strong in the post season, but I wouldn't count it out in this series

  9. To be completely honest, the stars got here just by pure luck because colorado was so injured and depleted. This should've been avalanche vs golden knights match up. Oettinger played very well last year against calgary, and stars still lost to the flames in first round. This vegas squad is much better team than last year's flames. Vegas will take the west.

  10. So all those points that dallas players have all come from playing against two bad borderline playoff teams. I see nothing scary on the stars side other than hintz & robertson. You can also say same thing about lv, but they have more depth players throughout all 4 lines. Vegas also has better dcore and center depth.

  11. I wouldn't bet on a team that is relying on goaltending. Goalies cannot stop every shot, sometimes goalies have really bad games. Dallas has an clear edge on goaltending but vegas has better defensive core, more balanced forwards top to bottom.

  12. Stars in 6, maybe 5 if Oettinger gets in their head and gets a shut out. It's hilarious listening to all of you Vegas fans with short memories of getting blasted last time. Vegas goaltending isn't up to the task, going to get out coached, and the speed/skill combo is lacking from Vegas to keep up.
