  1. Honestly working at that arena wouldn’t be a bad job and it would keep u busy for sure. Especially since it stays busy. I worked at footprint arena and chase field at concessions and warehouse for a while. Wasn’t a bad gig and U get too meet all kinds of athletes

  2. Sports team priority ? Who 1-3. I would guess 1. Would be the Lakers, then Kings and the Clippers at third ?

  3. 23yrs later and still makes no sense that the Lakers and Clippers & Sparks had to have their own distinct floors. It wasnt that way at The Forum, nor at the LA Sports Arena until the last few yrs. They should have had the Staples Center logo be at center court, keys painted black, purple/red trimmings. Follow past traditions

  4. I feel so stupid. As a kid I used to think Arenas that held multiple Teams had different Areas for all 3 Home Courts or ice. Like you could walk in one tunnel and see Lakers Court then walk in another Tunnel and see Kings hockey each with its own arena. It was only when I got older I realized the Arena was built around one main Floor for teams so they had to share. 😂

  5. In a year or so, they will only have to worry about two teams instead of three when the Clippers move to their new home. That said, it’s impressive how they can make the change from hockey to basketball (or vice versa) so quickly!

  6. What is the point of a city having two teams in one league if they both play in the same stadium/arena? It makes zero sense to me

  7. The Operations Workers don't get enough credit for the hours and the Work they do to flip the Arenas for multiple teams. I'm proud to be an Operations Worker myself in a Convention Center! Without those crew workers the events don't happen!

  8. obviously the red shirts are "supervisors". they just switch their stance while looking at their phones while others are actually doing work.

  9. I believe the Kings get first dibs on when they want to play at Cyrpto (Staples) Center when the Clippers or Fakers have a game scheduled on the same day.

  10. Correction: how can the STAPLES CENTER host 3 different sports teams. I will NEVER refer to it by any other name, especially the current one.

  11. I'm impressed by arenas where the sightlines work for both sports, as we know of buildings where it doesn't. Barklays Center for the Nets, for instance, doesn't work for hockey.
