@Penguins de Pittsburgh

  1. Dubas should have been talking with his family all year. What makes a decision in May different. Being the Toronto GM is high stress because he made it that way betting on guys who couldn't pass the smell test like Ritchie, Mrázek and Murray. After YOU paid Marner 10.5mil for regular season

  2. Dubas took the highroad or he doesn't want to come out of this looking any worse? He is the guy who opened the can off worms in his Monday press conference. I have a questions. How does more responsibility result in less pressure on his family? Shouldn't more responsibility result in more pressure? And, how exactly would more money reduce the stress on his children?

  3. Terrible track record. fsg are no fools. id be SHOCKED if they went for him though they do like young analytics guys.

  4. It’s to bad with dubas salary he couldn’t have afforded a few more massages and some anger management. It must be stressful counting those millions of dollars 😅

  5. Who cares what he does or where he goes. Bottom line is this… he has won exactly nothing. Nothing! He had an endless supply of money and he failed. He over paid a bunch of kids who have won exactly nothing. This guy should be managing a Walmart.

  6. Why would anybody ever take Dubas at his word again, if he does anything but rest and recalibrate with his family? That was his top priority. Or is he just a bold faced liar?

  7. Denis Malgin 8yr $5.9mil in free agency first move for Penguins…Dubas proud he locked him up also no move clause.😂

  8. My question.Why is Shanahan still president of the Leafs? He's more to blame for the Leafs not succeeding than Dubas. Shanahan is a corporate lacky and a child who got butt hurt when the GM asked him to stay out of the decision making with the team. Also, get ready Leaf fans, the core 4 are coming back as per Shanny. GoLaughsGo.

  9. What on Dubas's resume warrants him getting any look? Bypass him acting like a child in the press box, he was gifted all these young talented players…he never drafted them….and the emotion he shows in the press box is the emotion he uses during contract negotiations when over paying them. The fact is Dubas career as a player was cut short b/c of concussions….it is almost like he has this deep seeded anger towards grit because of that.

    You need Grit and Heart to win championships….it is not a tinge of salt at the deadline, it has to be a main ingredient. Tell me how much of the "core 4" displays Grit and Heart during the playoffs?

    Any organization that gives Dubas a look are fools.

  10. The Pens are seeking both a GM and president so in order to entice Kyle Dubas. they might offer both positions to him. Complete autonomy!

  11. Sam Pollock became GM at the age of 39 after serving as director of player personnel for 5 years. As GM Pollock won 9 Cups in 14 years, after winning 1 Cup prior to becoming GM, and 1 more Cup as a board member. He is the prototype for a successful GM.

  12. I don't understand what Dubas has actually done good in his tenure as gm.Please someone tell me. Good players literally landed on his lap. Made dumb trades and dumb signings. Please some enlighten me
