Obviously things can change, but I'd expect plug and play, as opposed to making big moves to get "better". Yamamoto/Ceci would be the two biggest roster discussion points if I were a betting man.
I’d like to see guys coming back like Ryan, bjugstad mcloud, kostin* and hopefully Bouchard…. Trade yamo and Ceci

Need to hire a cheating and diving coach because LA and Vegas seem to have it mastered lol the Bouchard contract is what will be the key decision on whether he stays or gets traded.
Things to remember: Besides the LTIR's dropping off the books we also have Lucic's and Sekura's dead cap dropping off leaving only (and only sticks in the throat) James Neal's nearly 2 million plus, of course, all of the bonus's that have to be paid out of next year's cap (Bouch got some, possibly others too, total 850K). Tyson is it true, as I ve heard reported several places, that Connor and Drai have as much as stated to Mgmt. that they wont stay in EDM if they trade Nurse.

Lose Ceci, bring up Nemo full time. Find a way to make Nurse realize he should be making 3.5 mil and that the other 5.75 mil could help the team sign the players who can help us!
Fire the goalie coach, Penner(?) Lose Yamo and elevate Kostin. Play Campbell more if he earns it, as he did in the playoffs. etc etc etc
