A freak play by a generally considered dirty player which was an accident and the player shouldn't be disciplined was the knee to Tavares head. Perry has done some nasty things but if you watch, Perry very obviously tries to avoid hitting Tavares but is unsuccessful. That does not match Benn's actions.

Yet Bennet got away with everything he did in the Florida Leaf's series, but yet in this series they decide to give Benn a game misconduct. I have no Idea how the officiating and the League can be so inconsistent with player safety and punishing players who went to far against to rules, regardless if it's playoff hockey.
