    > The 22-year old just finished the third year of his ELC. He had 22 points in 58 games with the Eagles this season. His sophomore season was interrupted by a foot injury. He was described by Cronin as a puzzle with all the right pieces (his obvious physical tools, power & speed.)

Hope he tears it up. Was never impressed by him but hoped he could fill in the bottom 6 one day

Not too shocking, he skates well and works hard but just never showed enough to stick. I’m guessing we’ll QO him, in case he grows his game overseas, but I doubt he’ll be back. Best of luck to him!

Growing up playing NHL on PlayStation and Xbox, for some reason MoDo was my fucking jam lol. Them and CSKA. Just stuck with me for some reason and love them till this day

Damn man, I was really hoping this kid would shine with us

Meh good riddance. Cool name but not suited for the NHL I don’t think

Always had high hopes for him, but it just didn’t pan out…

    HEY!! That’s my team!

And don’t worry, he’ll only play one year, and then he’ll join the Avs. They all do

Dang it! I wanted him to make a splash and come be an Av. Tbh I wanted him to take over on the 4th line

I’m not surprised….He was given sufficient ice time… one goal in that even got called back. Hopefully, he does well in Sweden.

We just had a small Sampo of Ranta.

Didn’t think he could hack it in the NHL anyways, seemed like an AHL tweener at best.

Avs suck either at drafting or developing. Our ability to turn picks into NHLers is pretty lacking.
