I believe these were only given out in a promotion where specific games in a season correlated to universities in the area, where you got discounted tickets if you buy them with a student ID on the day that correlates to your Uni, and they give you the hat as a bonus. This most recent season they had Pom-Pom beanies that were in the colors of the school and had a Caps logo on one side and the college logo on the other. Those might be easier to find since they are more recent. I think your best bet to find one either way would be either eBay or maybe Caps Memorabilia groups on Facebook.
