Ils ont interviewé Pascal Vincent, et je pense qu’il a une chance. Ils ont interviewé Kirk Muller, je pense qu’il est dans la liste d’Anaheim et la liste de Calgary, donc c’est intéressant pour moi. Je pense qu’ils ont interviewé Travis Green. Je pense qu’ils ont interviewé Andrew Brunette. Et je pense qu’ils ont parlé à Patrick Roy. Je ne sais pas comment le décrire, mais je pense qu’ils lui ont parlé. Je n’ai pas encore une grande poignée sur où cela va. Je peux me tromper, ça pourrait m’exploser au visage comme une expérience de chimie de 10e année. Mais je ne pense pas que ce sera Laviolette et je ne pense pas que ce sera Babcock.

Who knows what they will do or how this will shake out, but the issue is that they got it wrong last time. The fan base hated the Larson hire and the fan base was right. The fan base could see what was obvious and they couldn’t.
When they came in, they inexplicably kept a bad incumbent coach for two years instead of cleaning house and hiring the right guy. Tortorella worked out well, but the Larson hire calls their judgment into serious question.
I’m always kind of flabbergasted that the media interviewers of Jarmo don’t ask him « How did you get the last coaching hire so wrong, and how can the fan base be confident that you are capable of getting it right this time? »
Starting to feel like it’s down to Vincent or Roy unless there is a dark horse lurking.
