The playoffs are all about attrition and I’m not sure Lundqvist is built for a heavy playoff forecheck. He and Miro are similar, but that’s where it ends.
I disagree with you on tough players. Our team benifits from being fast and high scoring but when we have a team that can match us in thos departments we get killed on the forcheck and backcheck. We need to work on our physicial play

Love to see Domi back. Benn and Seguin should restructure their contracts, give us some space. Love Dadonov too, but will require $$. Rather keep the much younger Domi.
I’d say that need to work on being more physical in terms of play style and tighter defensively. They probably could have won a few more games if they didn’t fall apart in front of Otter actually help him out back there a little more. Otteinger got hung out to dry a couple of times, there were pucks he couldn’t make the save on, had no help. Brian Suter played well at times but they need more of an enforcer that hits and blocks.

They are weak af. Weakest Stars team I've seen since I started watching in 95. Need hitting. WTF are you smoking Dane? Nobody is saying drop their skill. They are saying get tougher. Pure skill will never win a Cup. Goons will never win a Cup. You need to have skill and toughness. On a side note, I'm curious as to when you're leaving? You trashed the team and the fans and said you wanted to leave. So…?
Hanley isn't coming back, Miller needs to go, Dellandrea should stay, Suter… Pls, and Marchment has to leave.
I think Dallas is a desirable place to be for most free agents. Good young core and somewhere you don't have to be "the man".
Suter really is the lynch pin to the defensive core. Swap him and now you have Miro Harley and the third Star as those anchors. All the other blueline guys are a great compliment to a line.
That being said – we all know Suter is going to stay to the very last minute. Maybe just have him soak up minutes in the regular seasons so others are fresh during the playoffs.
For the free agents – I really like all of them. Thatll be a tough decision. But you gotta prioritize Dadonov and Domi.

Get something in a trade from Marchment before he gets hurt. With the way he skates, it’s only a matter of time before he’s on LTIR.
Man do we miss Stephen John's. Too bad he had to retire.
We need a guy like him back there to play alongside Miro and crack some heads.
The stars need to keep Domi. He can’t be another Zuccarello type that they let walk. I’m ok moving on from Kiviranta. Glendening should only stay if it’s a pay cut, I like him but he is getting up there in age. We definitely need a mobile big body defender. We have big and slow or small and fast. That was evident in this post season.
