  1. Was just searching for season highlights earlier today.. thanks for the vid. Seider is one of my favorite players ever

  2. The man a lot of wings fans got mad at for Yzerman picking him. 🐐🐐 in my eyes LGRW screw everyone else

  3. IQ through the roof. He's a perfect blend of Lidstrom and Konstantinov. All those small defensive plays that helped the team to transition from D to offense. By far, Wings most important player.

  4. Is the next season hear yet? Cant wait! Thanks for another banger awood!

  5. I was wondering if that moment at 28:10 would be in here. I specifically remember that because it was an example of how hard he was still playing even as the games got less important toward the end, and the crowd loved it. Crazy to think he might still get better. He does so much so well already. I noticed toward the end of the season he seemed to be skating and making subtle shifts and moves to throw off defenders even more and it made me excited at the possibility that his offense will get even better.

I have to admit that I kind of wish he and Chiarot could work because that's a big, nasty top pair. It was also nice seeing him always ready to jump in to protect him when teams got pissed at Mo. I don't see why they couldn't work well together if the whole team was playing well.

  6. Future Norris winner. A D man that you build a team around. Cannot wait for the wings to be competitive and in the playoffs again.

  7. Watching Seider play is like watching a fully overpowered AI generated NHL 2023 defenseman that everybody wants, but there's only one.
    Y'all the best, awood! Thanks.

  8. This is insane. When I saw that you got an outro clip from the Columbus broadcast that showed seider intercepting a pass I knew you popped the fuck off with this.

My dad and I highly appreciate your videos, thank you for everything you do!!!!

  9. Ive been looking forward to this. Ive been watching your channel since i think 2010. Fantastic video as always. Not sure what the rest of your plans are for season highlights but Id very much like to see Larks, Rayzor, Wally, Kuby, DP, MAYBE Husso (idk tho, ppl dont like goaltenders as much but at the same time hes the only reason we won so many games this year), you might even be able to get away with Ras, Berggy, and Mats. I look forward to whatever comes out regardless!

  10. Homie, I am not even a red wings fan, but this a great showcase of a player who can (and I believe he should) win a norris at least once in his career. All that needs to happen is Detroit must get a bit stronger and get back to a playoff hunt.

  11. Thank you awood for your time and dedication finding all these highlights for all our players you deserve way more subs and likes.

  12. watching this makes you believe without a doubt he will win a norris one day. some of these defensive plays are absolutely world class at his age.

  13. A lot less flashy hits this year which shows that forwards across the league now know enough to avoid Seider. But he's out there doing the dirty work of leading the team in blocks and hits while quarter-backing the first power play unit. I also noticed that he cut down a lot on the "kick save" blocks as the clip wore on. It can be effective but by turning the leg sideways, the likelihood of injury increases as there's a lot less padding on the side of your legs. I'd rather see Seider less injured than if we let in a goal here or there.

  14. Thanks awood40 for putting these together. I have been waiting to see this years highlights videos, and you do not disappoint. Legend.

  15. This may be an extreme example but Seider reminds me of Vladdy Konstantinov. Maybe not quite as good but I’d say a 10% off version of Vladdy. Fearless against the leagues toughest, skating is superb, great offensive mind, great defensive instincts. Just an all around great franchise D man and right handed to boot. Lock him up long term Stevie.
