Benn sucks, is overrated and well never win anything. His ass will be on the line now and debatable whether he'll still be a Star next season.
He was also a reason why Vegas went in hyped up I think. Somehing like "let's show him"

I would have scratched him for the game 6 and game 7 if necessary. Coach Deboer said the team wanted to win so Benn would be able to rejoin the team. Really??? He showed no leadership whatsoever in game 6. If they can't trade him they should buy out his contract. Pathetic!!!
its a bit of a stretch to blame it on one player. the whole team was off in the last game. they were out of gas as it seemed. one player is not responsible for it.
So if Benn would have stuck to the PietrAngelo script….."I felt targeted and frustrated" all would be forgiven and it would have been a ONE game suspension…Right?

I would’ve scratched him. One he’s the captain you figured a team players better with their captain in the lineup. But no I saw 0 leadership coming from Benn. I’m not saying the Stars are better off without him long term because they got to the western conference final for a reason. I still would’ve went with the hot lineup that won back to back games.
No. Jamie Benn is a key piece in the Stars lineup, he just didn't show it right know an that's ok. And you can't say the Stars are a disgrace, because we atleast got past the first round. Unlike Boston.

I see no sign of real sadness in Benn’s face, he looks sad but probably isn’t. They played two games without him then won. And when he came back, Dallas obviously lost.
