    This should be a heck of a Cup Final, at least we hope so for sure. All the hockey 'purists' & 'traditionalists' might scoff at a Vegas-Florida Cup Final, but maybe you should be paying more attention, these two teams earned the right to be here to play for the Cup. The Golden Knights, probably not as big a surprise though, they were the top team in the West & have been consistently strong on the ice since their inception & now they're playing in their 2nd Cup Final and are likely the heavy favorites. But the OTHER team that's here….the Florida Panthers? Now who in the heck saw THIS coming? A team that almost didn't even make the playoffs, a team that was a Brad Marchand breakaway attempt in the dying seconds from losing in 5 games in the 1st round…..and yet they are STILL battling. And they are such an electrifying team to watch on the ice. Not to mention the Panthers made the Cup Final only once in their franchise history and that was practically an entire generation ago; the Panthers have been through a lot of lean years since then, but now they could be on the cusp of not only winning their 1st Stanley Cup, but finally coming out of the shadows after often being ridiculed & relegated to obscurity in the hockey world for most of the past 3 decades. It's been a great 'Cinderella' run for the Panthers, but I just don't feel that it will be complete unless they win a Stanley Cup this year. Anyways, we'll see how it goes. Anyone who's a real hockey fan is actually excited about this Cup Final regardless of what 'detractors' might say. Let's hope for some good hockey in the Cup Final anyhow. 🙂

    As much as I love a 7 game series with game 7 going to OT… I hope Vegas gets swept! I hate Vegas, I hate their ridiculously stupid pre-game show, I hate their dumb assed, don’t know a thing about hockey fans, their name is stupid (Size it down to just “Vegas Knights”) If I were a player I’d want to put Marshasault or however you spell his name into a wall permanently! GO PANTHERS!!! Go “Bob”. Shut them down! I’ll be rooting for them almost like they are my San Jose Sharks! FU Vegas! You have no right being in a final for the second time in your short history!

    My first NHL Season in my Life and i hope Vegas win this Final Games,

    I hate Florida more then all other Teams so hopefully they Lose on 4 Games

    The two cities competing for the Cup seem a tad ironic.

    When I was a kid, the NHL consisted of: The Boston Bruins (Esposito, Orr & Sanderson were "my guys"); the Montreal Canadians; the Toronto Maple Leafs; the Detroit Red Wings; the Chicago Blackhawks and the EEEEEVIL NY Rangers, cities that actually had snow pretty much every winter LOL

    Since I've never wanted to live in South Florida, GO KNIGHTS! Wish they'd have beaten the Capitals in 2018 :/
