It’s a no from me, but I do truly wish him the best. I always liked him but he’s just so lazy and inconsistent that he had to go. If he can work on his work ethic and be a little more consistent, he could be a great player.

I’m only tepidly interested because we’re millions below the cap floor, so we could absorb the contract as a salary dump. If the Caps offer up Mantha and a second for a bag of pucks I probably say yes. At worst the team spends money that had to be spent anyway and we get an extra pick.
