Ken Holland has got this team to where it is. I would like to see him see it through. Tough one.
I loved Steve Staios as a player and i think he will be a good GM one day but he is inexperienced at the NHL level. The Oilers are going to have to make some trades to win a cup because this current roster is not going to cut it. Is an inexperienced GM really the right option to be in charge of surrounding McDavid & Draisaitl with the right personnel? McDavid has 3 more years to win a cup with Edmonton, if he doesn't win a cup – he is leaving and we all know it. I just think our GM is going to have to be a wizard and work some magic to make a cup a reality. I don't think an inexperienced GM is going to be the one to do it.

The only bad thing Holland has done was grant Nurse that absurd contract, other than that, fantastic job. I would have let Nurse walk.
