Eh bien, les Panthers sont en retard dans une série pour la première fois depuis le premier tour. Ils doivent gagner le prochain ou Vegas pourrait en faire une finale rapide. Shannon, if they lose game 2, history says its over, but history also says theyve come back b4!
Caps lost first game then won the four in a row. Florida are the team most ‘pros’ believe in. This was rust and getting to know opponent. Some nerves and being on road. Plus too many posts. Panthers will go home 1-1 which was their goal.

Hague is punking Tkachuk lol Bob was exposed.
Vegas still has another gear. While they were good, definitely not at their best. Just ask Jamie Benn
Is it just me or did Vegas score in 2 of 7 powerplays?
I think Florida Panthers will win the next 2 games in this series but Vegas will win the Stanley Cup
I just got home from the game
It was brutal
Basically the 2010 final. Vegas = Blackhawks, Florida = Flyers
Those 9 days seems to have cooled the panthers. Bob definitely not looking as hot. The rest of the team clearly flustered by Hill. Lots of pointless running around. They need to settle down or they are going swept like the last time.
What was Tkachuk thinking, getting himself thrown out when they are 2 goals behind and still over 4 minutes to play.
yep the cats are a little rusty but by no means out of this series so vegas got 1 tonight dont forget they took out the best team in history to get this far this season so go cats go! 🤷♂️👍
Now we don’t have to hear any more delusional FLA fans saying 4 game sweep.
Feels like Vegas was just here, devastated from the outcome, and know what to do this time! 🏆
I hope that Luostarinen can come back for the second game <3
Let's go vegas
Love it!! "never know, the series could go 4,5,6,7 games" . Didn't get to where you are in life by being illogical, did you?
I hope Jack gets a few,he is due
This is going to be a good series. Panthers in 7.
Maybe Dallas isn't as bad as we thought?
Florida has never won in Vegas. 0-6
McCauley and O'Rourke were clearly the stars tonight. I didn't saw that much incompetence since ANA vs EDM Playoffs 2017 (Kesler vs McDavid). This looked worst than WWE and Don King's pre-determined fights.
#1 thing I took from this game is how happy I am that N. Cousins is NOT on VGK anymore. He is a cancer and hurts his team often, I can’t stand Cousins.
Bob is a pumpkin so Florida will lose
My 11 year old was bawling and yelling at his Panthers to turn it up. Truth be, I went to bed in 3rd but was woken up by the inconsolable kid.
That’s what you get Cousins! The D got caught puck watching on the March goal and allowed an impossible screen. I’m glad for Vegas….and as a soldier, that both owners went to West Point.
Also, in a scramble down low, try going high, not even hard but high…as players and goalies will dive to take away low.
As a sabres fan. It is funny watching eichel vs Reinhardt.
Game 1 of the 2023 Stanley Cup Final is Eric Staal's 100th career playoff game.
Eric Staal is the oldest player in the Stanley Cup final this year. He will be 39 in October.
THE OLDEST PLAYERS IN THE 2023 STANLEY CUP FINAL
Florida better not mess this up!
Vegas played a great game. Idk how they kept their cool in some instances. I think they’re going the distance this year.
If Florida want's to play that silly chippy style game Vegas is up for it. They don't usually take a rash of penalties, and their PP was just fine and so was their PK. If this keeps up, I'll take Vegas in 5 or 6.
I really hope Florida wins but i think Vegas takes it in the end. They are just incredibly consistent across all their lines.
I'm too old for these long delays between series. The players used to hate it when there was three days between what used to be the semi-finals and the finals (only three rounds back then). They didn't want to lose their edge especially if the opposing team is coming in fresh with no rest between series. The Panthers looks classically like a team that had too long a break. They just didn't look like the team of their previous three series. I expect the Panthers to regroup quickly.
I’d be interested in watching a video about an all time record of teams who got around 5 days of rest before the finals vs those who got only a couple
Why are Refs always so biased?
I'm going to call it right now: Vegas is destined to be the next Stanley Cup dynasty in the NHL. That might make the VGK a hated team, but in the end I'm not seeing any other team even try to "figure them out", and there's simply too much going in their favor for me to think otherwise. Hopefully the Panthers make this a series and at least make the Golden Knights sweat for it, but yeah.
As good as the Knights have been in the first 3 rounds, they've done it with Theodore not really playing well at all. If he continues like fame 1, this team will be the next Champs. That was shea's best game since the all star break.
Glad everyone is comparing Hill to Holtby. I miss Brayden Holtby.
Terrible calls by the officials last night and I’m surprised nobody is bringing it up. VGK 7 PP +2 min from double minor so 16 min given to Vegas. Additionally a lunge not a lean high stick. So if you watched the game and thought it was mostly even your gonna be in for a shock when panthers can keep 5 guys on ice.
