    3 headed monster and all that aside. I still cannot figure why Dubas, and Keefe limited O'reilly's play time to third line. To me thats like you have no idea what your doing. O'Reilly is a playoff performer and a Con Smythe winner to back it up. Smh I don't believe I'll ever understand that.

    Of course – if no improvement replacement is available – keep him even for the short term. Treliving hasn’t issued his new vision. New GM likely needs some time – and transition of this Leaf aging out core (JT & Muzzin) is challenging.

    Id say extend him 1 year…if he isn't what you want than it's easy to walk away no big deal you're at least killing this narrative or if after meeting with the guy you hate it pull the plug

    Need a hard nosed coach..this buddy buddy sh*t isnt going to work in Toronto…these guys need to understand that winning is hard ..I dont think they understand that (core 4)
