Bulls suck! Trade everyone and hope you can get superstar!
I can’t wait to never listen to there podcast
Good convo, but I disagree with all of y'all.
1st you don't trade DeMar and expect improvement from Zach and Vooch. DeMar is the only one player out of the trio with winning experience. He's been a godsend for the Bulls, and if it wasn't for his advanced age he would be the 1 Bull to build around. The Bulls should not trade DeMar with 1 yr left on his contract. Keep DeMar for 1 more yr and allow him to sign with a contender in free agency next summer.
2nd I would re-sign Vooch to a 2 yr deal. The Bulls are already undersized by NBA standards, and losing the best center the franchise has had in a long time would really set back the team. Vooch has his flaws, but to say he's a defensive liability is wrong imo. The problem is Patrick Williams lack of consistency as a PF. It's Pat's job to protect the paint too. Ideally, AKME should look to add a starting caliber PF and bring P. Will off of the bench.
3rd Trade Zach and his contract if you can. Zach's younger, and his game fits the modern NBA so there should be lots of teams looking to trade for him. When it comes to winning basketball Zach has no idea how to play it. Zach is expendable for the Bulls since he plays the 1 position the Bulls have depth in. Coby will be entering his prime yrs as a NBA player so why not give him a chance? If Coby's not good enough the Bulls could always seek a younger SG who can score 20+ ppg in any Zach trade.
