This is in reference to the 3rd overall pick, for those who can’t see. Someone suggested they trade it for Lindholm (no thank you).

This might be the easiest prediction to ever make. No way Jarmo passes the chance to take a guy that will be part of his legacy here.
Never say never, but… it’d have to be for a top 10 center in the league… an actual superstar, who is 28 or under, and either already on a long contract, or automatically signing a new deal.
It’d have to be a guy who is a guaranteed 80+ point scorer.
I just don’t see it.
I think this has been said in other threads lately, the only way that the CBJ part with this draft pick should be for a sign & trade for Austin Matthews or Elias Pettersson. Therefore the odds of it happening are slim and none. I am confident that Jarmo is keeping this pick and we will most likely be drafting Carlsson.
