These guys aren't the same as Duchene though. He was under contract when he requested his trade, these guys aren't.
The problem with holding onto Dubois is that when he didn’t get what he wanted in Columbus he quit on the team and his team mates and floated around on the ice every shift
What has Dubois done to be considered a top line center? He averages 60 points a year and has already quit on two teams, why would anyone give up quality assets for a guy like that. He’s maybe a decent second line center but it’s proven you can’t build around him.
GM Chevy will be lucky to get a month’s supply of pucks for Dubois.

Funny thing is, a lot of Habs fan think we will get Dubois for FLO 1st rd pick we got for Chiarot and a young D. Even if WIN decide to go the rebuild route, that will not be enough. Josh Anderson, FLO 1st, and 2 prospects is more likely. And then you have to resign him and MTL made it clear that Suzuki will be the best paid player on the team. I might be mistaken but I think Dubois is looking for 8M/yr.
Dubois is clearly a baby I would stay away , not saying he’s not good but u complain way more than u need to be , hashtag know ur place
Dubois has a 6 mil option he can choose to take and become a ufa right after. Though I don't like that he's asking for a trade again, he's technically giving the jets an opportunity to get a decent return. If the jets don't move him now and he takes the option, his value will plummet.
