  1. He's only crying because now maybe his son will pay him back for all the years that he put into him to become a player of any caliber son its payback time

  2. Too bad we have boys that want to be women in 2021 so we won't see many of these reactions as much anymore in the future 🙁

  3. Damn, in that one goal I bet he saw all those long drives, the practices, the games, and him growing up into a man. To hear that goal horn and the goal song was probably straight chills to his core… I love seeing this type of stuff!!

  4. Let's not ignore the fact that he's got beautiful sisters.

  5. Okay, the fact that mom cried first got totally overlooked! 🤬Apparently sport is still a men’s thing.

  6. Kup to Hot Rod(imus Prime): "… I KNEW you had potential, lad…" 😊

  7. Im always jealous of kids whose parents showed up their games. I mean, i never held it against my parents because they worked so damn hard but theres always that longing and oddly enough watching these kinds of videos make me feel better because even though my parents wetent at my games, supportive parents will always show you that theyre there for you

  8. As a Pred's fan, this is a cool moment..And to get the goal on Rinne is something else

  9. Jake DeBrusk is a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger currently playing for the Boston Bruins in the National Hockey League. He was drafted 14th overall by the Bruins in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. DeBrusk is the son of colour commentator and former NHL forward Louie DeBrusk.
    Salary: 2.5 million rubles

  10. bro i got emotional, and im new to hockey, i have no idea who he is, or who the father is

  11. Ok, that is touching, but is it really any wonder he’s a good hockey player? Just look at that family’s goddamn perfect Nordic genes. The kid was probably born w/ a six pack, already knowing how to skate backwards

  12. The sister showing Jake's father the mobile, Dad is like I don't need a damn mobile replay, I have it embedded in memory.

  13. I wish my dad cared about my hockey career like that. He finds it a nuisance to drive me to the rink and rather has me give up and focus on something more realistic. I may not make the NHL but I love the sport- It makes me happy and who I am. I replay this everytime I win a game so I can have some love for a few seconds.

  14. As the father of a really good hockey player – he will never make it to the pro's – i cannot begin to express what it feels like everytime your kid gets moved up to the next level and then shines. Started out at age 4…..14 years later he was captain of his high school varsity hockey team this year, and made the state all star team this year. Can't begin to count the number of hours i spent with him in hockey rinks all around New England in the last 14 years, in so many tournaments on travel teams. Now he is off to play division 3 college hockey…won't make it to the Bruins, but that kid made me the happiest dad in the world as i watched him grow and work so hard at this game…every time he scored a goal he would skate over to where i was sitting and point at me…made me cry. Cannot begin to imagine the pride DeBrusk's dad felt when Jake scored his first goal as a Bruin…unimaginable.

  15. This is a great moment, I have watched this a lot of times, but why debrusk gotta ignore Kejci like that? HE was looking for a hug man and he got rejectedddddd, that was a great one touch and selfless play that led to the goal!!!

  16. That's a big deal in any league you ascend to. I remember my last HS goal. It was the Icer in the State Championship game, and my first college goal. I'm 62 now, and you never forget. Neither do your parents!

  17. I don't follow hockey, but this popped up for some reason. Took a look at his stats. This was from the 2017-2018 season. He's lit the lamp 107 more times since this game. His dad, Louie DeBrusk, played 10 years in the NHL as a left winger.

  18. Has a son that plays for Boston and his son has a dad that covers the Oilers. Who do you pick if these teams both made finals of course you all would say his son but can you admit that on air covering the Oilers
