They over paid so many players. I would hate to see it but we might be forced to buy someone out. Meyers and Garland upped their trade value. It is not easy. I could see Rathbone being moved as a sweetner. Even Hoglanders name is out there. It has not looked good. Bundle? I hope something happens soon.

Buyout the cheapest player possible to get under the cap and then just wait for bad Contracts to expire. Should've done that before the OEL trade. Can't keep giving away picks and prospects. Time to go thru pain and just wait the bad contracts out while stockpiling picks.

I would like us to find another team with another over paid player in the position we need. Trade them straight up for each other. Kind of similar to the Calgary Edmonton trade of Lucic for James Neal.
I wouldn’t want to trade out of the first round completely. Trading down from 11th for a later first, another pick and they take a bad contract I would have time for.
