Tied for number one worse performance in hockey playoff history for a goalie, Sergei Bobrovsky, giving up nine goals in just one game. The other worst goalie in playoff history was held by Patrick Roy when he was with the Canadians also giving up a total of nine goals. At the end of that game Roy looked at president Ron Corey and told him that was his last game he would ever play for the Canadians, and it was. History repeats itself in hockey.

I notice, because of the phones and people recording, the crowd doesn’t go crazy at the end when they win. Back in the day every person in the building would have both arms straight up in the air, pumping their fists, jumping up and down. They wouldn’t be trying to capture a moment with a steady camera and ultimately missing a moment.
Granted this game was over long before the final horn.

As a coach, you gotta 'pull' Bobrovsky after the 4th goal. Back-up goalies are a coaches lucky 'Wild Card'. With half of a game still left to go, a fresh goaltender can infuse new MOJO energy into a team that is struggling to reverse a forward wave of momentum. Tough loss for the Panthers and Bobrovsky. Massive congrats to VEGAS. What a PowerHouse team!
