  1. I feel very bad as a Canucks fan, Vegas only been here for 5.5 years while we have been here for almost 55 years. At least Toronto have won, but look us

  2. In a 1964 Stanley Cup game, Bobby Baun of the Maple Leafs fractured his ankle in the first period but came back to score the game winning goal against the Red Wings.

  3. There's a lot of tidbits about what happened in last night's game
Eichel winning a cup before McDavid
    Kessel winning a 3rd
All 6 original misfits skated with the Cup after Mark Stone
5 of the 6 misfits started game 5
first clinching Stanley Cup game in 101 years where a hat trick was scored
Vegas was coached by Bruce Cassidy, who was on the Bruins last season
Marchessault won the Conn Smythe Trophy (MVP of the playoffs), becoming first undrafted player to win the award since Gretzky, yes, that same Great One.
March and Reilly Smith were Panthers prior to the Vegas expansion draft
Both Florida teams in the NHL and NBA were 8 seeds, losing in 5 games.

  4. As a born and raised Las Vegas native lemme tell you

    IT WAS TOO EASY !!!!!🎉

  5. Funny he said Vegas was on the power play almost the entire game when there was only 1 penalty on each team. Vegas just whooped them so bad it made it look like it must have been 5 on 3 entire time

  6. Tell me about it…I'm wild fan..smh Vegas took 6 years to win one..while wild choke many years

  7. Borne Salming took a skate off the face in the 80's with the Leaf's. 210 stiches later and he never missed a shift.

  8. That Oilers team shouldn't really count as an "expansion team" either. That group had been together for awhile and had been to the WHA Finals. More of an annex team.
