The Ducks make more sense to move to SD than the Yotes. The Pond/Honda Center is an aging venue

Kroenke already owns the Avs and Nuggets. Can’t imagine he’d be allowed an ownership stake in the team(s) that would call that arena home.

The last thing California needs is a fourth NHL team. They don’t deserve it. People in California quite literally can choose between 3 teams in their state, Seattle, Colorado, and Vegas. If that’s not enough for you, TOO BAD!!!

Man, already starting the offseason « nothing new to talk about, so let’s take wild swings to see if we get clicks » period? At least Houston or Quebec arguably make more sense.

I think the Ducks would make the most sense. The Pond is aging and unlike the Yotes, the Ducks have indeed have a sustained period of success, but their attendance has always been bottom 3rd of the NHL. The only thing that is really keeping them afloat is the massive amount of corporate money in suburban LA.

If we move to California I might have to go acquaint myself with oncoming traffic 🤢

16k seats is pretty small by NHL standards. Better have loads of luxury boxes and club seats if that’s going to work.

Bettman just nutted in his pants.

Hmm, maybe we can make a deal with In-N-Out Burger to buy the team and rename them the Arizona Double-Doubles.

Honestly the san diego coyotes has a nice ring to it since everywhere is southern, California is infested with them. I live right at the border of san diego and orange county right above camp pendleton. I see two or three coyotes walking around my street every week
