If Reinbacher or Sandin-Pelllikka are available at 11 and the Canucks take a centre with 3rd line upside, it will be the most Canuck thing I've ever seen lately. If you're looking for a 3rd line centre ceiling in the 1st round, you need to be fired yesterday. Sure, it's a cute consolation prize if things don't pan out, but if that's your ultimate goal, it should be pink slip time. A top 4 defenseman is worth more than a 3rd line centre, so you wouldn't be taking BPA and if you're selecting by need, the Canucks need a top 4 defenseman a lot more than a 3rd line centre. They should be able to get one in free agency or via trade.
