Interesting, I can’t imagine our RFA signings will get us to the cap floor. I wonder if BA is lining up some trades or free agent signings though I can’t imagine a ton of free agents will be interested before we have more clarity on the arena situation (unless it’s a short term contract)
Kassian is one of the worst players I’ve ever seen wear a kachina, thank god he’s gone. Mildly surprised about Nemeth because while he wasn’t good, I didn’t think he was *that* bad that we couldn’t run him out on the 3rd pair again. I’d suspect we’ve got some trades lined up to fill those contract slots
They aren’t going to be able to take on any contracts after this with 3 buyouts and they are $10m under the floor, do I have that right? What LTIR legend is coming next?? I’m not an NHL GM but this doesn’t make a lot of sense – Nemeth was awful in NY and Kassian the same in Denver and both would be gone after this year?

Kassian is literally the worst player I have ever seen so this is great. Not sure about Nemeth, we dont have any good prospects so we coukd have at least used him as a 6/7D
I’ve watched plenty of bad hockey (including beer league) and watching Kassian last season is the only time I’ve ever said, « That guy’s terrible at hockey. »
