Jonathan Marchessault remporte le trophée Conn Smythe 2023
Avec 13 points et 12 passes tout au long des séries éliminatoires, l’attaquant des Golden Knights Jonathan Marchessault reçoit le trophée Conn Smythe 2023
to bad panthers but the las vegas golden knights aren't the bruins. they were not going to choke this one but thank you for your service of upsets throughout the eastern conference playoffs. congrats to the golden knights on winning the cup! well deserved champions! 🏆
this wasn't a game, this was a straight up overkill! congrats to the golden knights but yikes panthers! what was that performance? where were the panthers tonight that upset the heavily favored bruins???? 🫣
Jonathan Marchessault, Reilly Smith, William Karlsson, Shea Theodore, Brayden McNabb, and William Carrier: the only players remaining from the 2018 Vegas Golden Knights team that lost to the Washington Capitals in five games.
Now, those players who tasted defeat five years ago became Stanley Cup champions in 2023.
Sorry by comparison he’s undeserving of this trophy. Matthew Tkachuk set some incredible records of play and was integral in getting his team to the Stanley Cup, and helped win game 3 with a broken sternum. Bobrovsky played his heart out quickly rising to being the best goaltender in the NHL in the playoffs, better than Adin Hill.
Just because they were on the losing team does not mean they can’t be considered. After all, the Conn Smythe of 2003 went to the losing goaltender.
Great player but that should have been the first year two players won the trophy because without Eichel setting him up for 1 v 1 Beer League open looks he doesnt half of those goals
Had to feel good for this dude. 2015, he ran into the Blackhawks dynasty. 2018, he ran into what may be the greatest goal scorer of all time. After two losses in the finals, he's now Stanley Cup champion, AND Conn Smythe winner. Well deserved.

And to think I was going to bet on him in round 2 to win it. Lol I knew I should have
The first undrafted player to win the award since Wayne Gretzky in 1988.
I called this – VGK in 5 and Marchessault for MVP. 🙂
Losing tkachuk was by far the Stanley cup costing moment for the panthers
should have been Bob 20 years after JS Giguere
Caps still did it better in your own rink. But Congrats .

Johnathan Marchessault unanimously won the Conn Smythe trophy for 2023,
He plays just like Martin St. Louis🏆👑🐊

So happy for my favorite player.
Former panther, original golden knight, excellent choice
I'm proud of Jonathan Marchessault!
Winning the Conn Smythe Trophy with the Vegas Golden Knights!
That's my former Florida Panther! 🙂
Who did the Panthers choose to keep instead of him again? Lol
Still crazy to me that leon still sits at the top of the goalscorers after getting eliminated in the 2nd round
Can't argue against it. Well-earned.
Tellement fière de notre quebecois ❤️

Isn’t the trophy just for the finals mvp rather than playoffs???
"Vegas won't get pass Bob"
*Proceeds to get scored on 8 times 🙄
