– Miller, Myers, Boeser names not on the market. Bear injury made Myers more valuable for Canucks.
– Garland’s name still out there.
– Canucks probably not qualifying Dermott.
– Hronek is healthy, ready for camp.
– Keep an eye on Troy Stecher on July 1st. 2 years ago when he signed with Detroit his choice was between Detroit and Pittsburgh. The GM in Pittsburgh that wanted him is Jim Rutherford.

I’m not sold on Evan Rodrigues.. I dunno if he’s just a late bloomer or has padded stats playing on offensively gifted teams.
I’m open for a Stecher comeback but it has to be a bottom pairing contract on a short term.
I’d love ERod on the Canucks for the right place. He’s fast, defensively responsible, has shown flashes of Top 6 skill but is extremely useful in the middle/bottom 6 as well. Probably doesn’t make PP1 here but he gets looks there you’re looking at two strong one-timer options between him and Petey.
Not a big fan of bringing Stetcher back. I don’t want another undersized dman in the mix.
This guy is a perfect 3C. We should get him.

Big fan of Tony but this team badly needs some size on the back end. Currently Myers is the only top 6 D who is taller than 6’0.
Seems like a great fit for the right price but I feel like he’s gonna get paid way more than we can afford
Im not super interested in Rodrigues, and he hasn’t been a meaningful penalty killer.
I’d much rather see them go after someone like Kampf/Bjugstad who is more or a prototypical checking line centre that you bury in the d-zone and play on PK1. If you sign Rodrigues, you still need that player.
I don’t care if it’s your “3C” or “4C” they need a bottom-6 center they can deploy in those Malhotra/Beagle type minutes.
