Adam just wants him on the leafs
I’m not gonna pull any punches here. I always thought players such as Wheeler,Scheifele,Laine,Hellybuyck deserved to be in a bigger NHL market. I felt sorry they were stuck playing on the Jets.

Nah you would have to trade powderpuff overpaid Matthews for him and hellerbuck with jets keeping 50% and maybe scheiffele coming to the leafs too cuz the leafs are cap strapped and only gonna get played on league minimum or close to it how they are
How many contenders have 4M in cap space to give to Wheeler?? He has a 5 team trade list.. pretty unlikely a deal is made when those 5 teams know they can force a buyout and get him on the cheap.
