The NHL is a business. Players remind us of that when they choose to leave the teams they are with and sign bigger contracts elsewhere. There is no place for a feel good story in this business, unless it benefits both the player and the team. The fact is, at this stage of his career, there is no place for Milan Lucic on the Canucks. He has won a cup, he has made serious money. His career has been fine. It's almost over. Move along.
