BIG NO THANKS to trading for Karlsson. Not the type of D man the Sabres need plus his contract is massive! . They need a stay at home 2nd pairing D man to partner Owen Power . UFAs Graves , Mayfield , Gudas, Dumba, Soucy or Logan Stanley (who is RFA but will be UFA if not offered a contract by the Jets )would be better candidates as would trade candidate Brett Pesce from Carolina who you mentioned yesterday.

If you have been following the discussions of what type of d-man we need, E.Karlsson must be the furthest away you can get. We need a stay at home, defensive defenseman. Karlsson is as offensive defenseman you can get so…it shouldn’t even be a discussion. Then we come to the term and HUGE cap-hit which few teams could take on and even fewer teams would even consider.

What is Adams waiting for? Please let it happen! The power play would be better than the Fench Connection. Adding one of the League's top players to your team is never a bad idea!
