  1. I think PLD did the Jets a solid by agreeing to the sign and trade. If it wasn't for that this trade would have never happened.
I wish he would have stayed because he is a good player, but he did the Jets a solid.

Both teams won. LA clearly wanted PLD, and the Jets got good roster players to change the culture, and add to the depth of the team. The Jets get Vilardi for less AAV than PLD and possibly similar production and defensively responsible.
PLUS Iaffalo and Kapari (another 1st rounder) look to be players that are good as well.

Sign these players to term and the JETS by far won this trade. DON'T and LA wins.

  2. Great show fellas. The one thing I like about #55 is he comes to play in the playoffs. Anyone willing to lay out a guy like he did to Jake Evans two years ago wants the cup.

  3. 2 lessons for today
    1. The more you badmouth an athlete the worst you make things for Any athlete to want to come to your place.
    2. You need to create an environment that players want to play in. Both in the locker room And around the city.
You guys Fail on both accounts. It's truely sad to see

  4. Ironically, Helly may find the team willing to offer the best term & AAV is the Jets.

Could it that he sees how this team gets constructed after a Scheif & Dubois trade and he decides to stay?
