If you say you gonna draft BPA and ya choose willander over benson just goes to show you have no clue… worried a lot more now with free agency coming… gonna be a Dhali lineup, welcome to the nux lucic, soucy and cole… hopefully willander proves us all wrong but I guess we see next year playing against studs in ncaa… nothing against willander and could be a great pick if handled better then they did with woo….

Canucks had to pick a player to fill a positional need. The cost for those guys in free agency or trade is too much.
You know what would have been even nicer having the 18th pick to take the other Swedish d man. Or giving them the opportunity to take a swing on Benson who has Brayden Point upside.
The Canucks hand out high end draft picks like candy. Frustrating.

have'nt sen him in action but apparently has excellent skating skill and is a high energy type—-speed is the game now days and you just know that the Swedes have superb skill over-all Always looking for right handed defensemen and this adds a good one to the developement pool .Nice pick.
