Completely 😢 lost faith in this used-car salesman. P. "Best Swede Available" Allvin. 5 hours before his pick, he said, "No question. We're drafting the 'Best Player Available' …", with a straight face!!! BENSON was available (consensus top 8 pick!) , and he passed. Polite response: deceitful. Ask Allvin WHERE was Benson ranked on their FULL list (not who they thought would be available at 11)? If he says their scouting department had Benson ranked LESS than 11, then he's lying. He drafted for POSITION, period; no doubt. And WHAT A WASTE of a pick, because of that. Benson, Barlow, Wood, Moore, ALL ranked higher on anyone's list over Willander. Allvin COULDN'T make a trade, while the entire league are making salary dump trades (but HE can't find anyone to make a deal with) FORCING him to do the OEL buyout (PAIN long term)… He's been terrible. I'm off to get sick now… Oh well. Canucks have now entered the Maple Leaves Zone, with the 3rd management team in a row that's completely useless – never to see a Stanley Cup in my lifetime.
